O-Inspect will only connect in Simulation

Recently when starting our O-Inspect863 it only starts in Simulation. The attached photo shows only the Simulation Tab in the CMM settings but the Equip folder Has the O-inspect 863 folder but it isn't being acknowledged by the software. I tried copying the O-inspect folder from my offline laptop, but it wasn't recognized.

Anyone else run into a situation like this?

This can occur  after unexpected disconnects from the machine for example PC reboot, power outage, etc. To restore the machine tab connection within CALYPSO follow this guide.
