[K....]
Hello everyone, Does anyone know this problem and have an idea how to fix it? Only in AutoRun for probably three weeks now, the park position in every program—even ones that are three years old—with the rotation table has been shifting between 0.05° and 0.15° with each run. Over time, this adds up until my start position, for example, ends up at 9°, and the run fails or crashes. If I run the measurement in the Calypso software, the position at the end is always exactly at 0°. It started while I was on vacation, so my guess is that someone may have changed something they shouldn’t have. However, I couldn’t find any option related to this. [Ma...]
Isn't this an option in pallet window where you set your speeds, alignments and export?
[Ri...]
Never used End-Park with a Rotary inside of AutoRun, but you could also just turn on the homing run inside of the measurement plan, so that it will always home before starting - this would negate any stacking of misalignment. [Sv...]
I always work with the park position defined within the inspection plan itself; I’ve never tried using the park position in AutoRun. My park position is always set so that the probe can swivel without collision upon startup and is positioned correctly relative to the rack—meaning that if a different stylus is required at the start, it can be deposited without needing to swivel or rotate first.
