Hello all,

I attached a blue print below. The dimensions highlighted in yellow, I would like to inspect but am unclear where to look. Been looking through the profile section of Gear Pro I am missing it or I am in the wrong section. Was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Thank you for any assistance.

This is spline corner chamfer measurement; you can measure this with a Contour measuring device.

Thank you. But can the highlighted feature be measured in Gear Pro and if so, is under the profile or which section is it under.

You should be able to achieve this with the Tip Relief inside of the Profile characteristic.

Hi, as Richard mentioned you can try via relief evaluation. But typically a chamfer correction is compared to a relief much more bigger. It could happen that it´s not possible to visualize in the profile chart in a useful way. If so, you can try either with contour measurement equipment. Or separately with CALYPSO tools.
