GD&T compatibility of "Rotate to distance to the +X axis:"

Can i use   "Rotate to distance to the +X axis:" in case of the attached drawing ?

I would use "Same deviation" and fill both coordinates - otherwise no.

Result of TP will be the same if you just fill ABC into datums. Nominal coordinated will be taken from feature.
