Error atosmmt-001 Connection to Database is Broken

When i try to take a shot in photogrammetry i get the same error, I'm able to program it offline and run the program when online. However if i try to manually take a shot it refuses to do so and I'm at a loss

I would start with making sure you are on the most up to date version of the Image aquisition drive and hardware service for the version you are using. 


I would then make sure everything connects correctly in the Measuring Device Manager.





If the issue persists please pull a GOMSIC and contact your local support.
