[Ni...] Posted yesterday at 02:16 PM Share Posted yesterday at 02:16 PM Hi everyone, First of all: the text has been translated - sorry for any mistakes... On the rotary table, I have a part with 12 x 30° faces around its circumference. The plane rotation is one of these planes. After manual alignment, the table rotates to the probed surface, which is parallel to the X-axis. However, when I start the program using the pre-calibrated start system, the table rotates to 0°, and the surface is then not parallel to the X-axis. What do I need to do to ensure that the table aligns the surface parallel to the X-axis even when using the pre-calibrated start system? Thanks in advance! [Ra...]
Do you have PCM? If so: getRTOffset() Rotary Table Offset value getRTPosition() Latest position of Rotary table getRTPositionCMM() Latest position of Rotary table in machine coordinate-system rtPositionOffset() Define offset for RT (angle in radians) rotateAbsolute() rotateReference() goHome(vector) Rotates RT to specified vector rtIsActive() Boolean value, Is rotary table active? true/false rotateWithDriveFree() Boolean value, Is rotary table active? true/false
[Ch...]
there is also an option to 'align to feature' which should do it for you.
