Calypso 2025 SP4 - CAD Entities Randomly Disappearing

We've been seeing this consistently since upgrading to SP4. While working in the CAD window, surfaces, edges, or other entities will suddenly disappear for no apparent reason. Sometimes changing the view, rebuilding, or reopening the CAD model brings them back, but the issue keeps coming back.

A few things we've noticed:

• Happens on multiple parts and CAD models.
• Doesn't seem tied to any specific action.
• Missing entities are not actually deleted, just no longer displayed.
• Reopening the file may temporarily fix it.
• The issue is frequent enough that it's becoming a real frustration during programming.

At first, I thought it was something specific to a CAD file, but after seeing it across multiple jobs, it feels more like a bug in SP4.

Just wondering if others are seeing the same thing and if anyone has found a workaround or heard anything from ZEISS about a fix.

This looks like an outdated graphics card driver or settings issue.

One thing to note - i have one specific program, where i have problems with hiding some of CAD faces. Pressing to show all sometimes works. I think it can be with specific model, where only option is to remove old one and import again a new one.

This is my go-to method, I keep a copy of the original CAD model just in case.

I don't bother trouble shooting when it happens, I just replace the model.

I want to add more details to help eliminate any confusion. I renamed two of the CAD entities to Tab1 and Tab2, which correspond to tabs located on my CAD model. After I make changes to the measurement plan, all CAD entities occasionally disappear. When this happens, I can no longer toggle the associated features to show or hide them.

Sometimes restarting the measurement plan resolves the issue, but in most cases it does not.

Not sure if it's the same issue, but I've noticed if I rotate the model via "CAD model transformation", some faces will disappear or seemingly refuse to rotate with the rest of the model. CAD > View > Redraw CAD model always fixes it, but it is a recent thing and it's kind of annoying.
