Air filtering systems

We have oil escaping our dryer/filter systems and bleeding into our Contura (size - 12/24/8. serial # 732207560438) and Accura (size - 16/30/10. serial # 201209810136).  We want to set up something to capture the oil for both CMM's. what is the best option for this? Is it best to have one system in place for both CMM's?

We have 4 stages before Accura own filters ( i hope i got that right )

1. 25um ( C238-F11/3 )
2. 5um ( C238-F12/3 )
3. 0,1um ( MX2-F10 )
4. 0,1um carbon ( MX2-F11 )

After encountering the same problem, we also purchased air dryers to go with our CMM devices.

We have a single system for both devices, an annual maintenance agreement, and the filters are changed regularly.
