Is it the calibration force? 200mN is the default measuring force for probe qual. Does the force change with scanning vs single point? I am not familiar with us, but i read that like 20 grams of force. It should be 10N = 1kg so 10:1 ratio Usually it's default probing force is stored with calibration - you are setting that before calibrating. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is very time consuming to experimentally derive, and there is precious little documentation that covers the effects of changing probing force.
