Does anyone know how I would be able to take an alignment for each one so that the machine will know where to go without any input? [Ma...] Posted 3 hours ago Share Posted 3 hours ago For this we ended up with storing part alignment in all positions ( storing with name "p1", "p2", ... ) and then linking those alignments with position of pallet. The parts we run are all over the place. One part may be super short, another bent to the right. What we're trying to achieve is a manual alignment on each part in the program before we switch to autorun (so that way the probe doesn't crash performing the base alignment on the next part).
