CMM Data Missing at Homing Error - Constant

Has anyone seen this, It has been happening... ALOT. Typically after the machine has been shut down fully. It gets to the Homing, The Z drives up, the machine travels back while the X travels to the left... once it hits about 75% of the way to the Machine home, it trips out. I have yet to figure out why because it then randomly just doesn't error out. Its sporadic.

You have a controller / hardware issue. Clean the machine ways. if the problem persists, please contact Zeiss Hardware support.

Ok thanks all. I typically clean the Machine ways if this pops up. I read the Knowledge base and after no luck for an hour, saw that I should try to slow down the machine speed at Homing from a 2023 post. That worked.  Did full reboots and shutdowns 3 times prior too.
