Good evening, how can I calculate this angle? I created a theoretical plane by placing it at the intersection, but it gives me a result of 60°

Any help is appreciated,

Check the complementary angle (20)°, to see if there is something wrong with your theoretical plane or if the angle is 60°.

It's turned part, so i would scan just lines in part axis ( as viewed )

For small lines i usually do points instead of scan.
If curve is available, then you can scan curve - make alignment from bestfit of curve to have correct data for small lines.

I am unclear what you have tried that is giving you 60°.  Did you measure a line or a cone?  If you measured a line then what did you use to get an angle?  Did you do the basic angle of the line?

As you can see in the image, I created a theoretical plane positioned exactly at the intersection and a 2D line, then I inserted them into the 'angle between elements' feature.

okay, have you just asked for projection angle one or projection angle two?  The nominal projection angle should be 70°, and then the projected angle should match or be whatever the part actually is.
