[Wo...] Posted October 16 Share Posted October 16 Please sign in to view this quote. Its called "General Data" in Smart Services Dashboard. Did you have it set up? You have to have Zeiss set it up for your machines. If not, you have to fill out the form on smart services website, Zeiss technicians will contact you, you'll have to install smart services service on each cmm pc, and then when you login with your zess account to smart services you'll see that dashboard for each of your machines.
