Open 7.8v in 7.6v

Had a customer send me a program I couldn't open. Their version is 7.8 and ours 7.6. In the past, I could just delete the version file from the folder or change version in notepad and save and no issues (usually) opening an new version in old. But not this time. Both are Win11 boxes. I looked through the program folder for default type files and nothing stood out. Is opening new in old not a thing anymore?

You can try out creating new blank program. Then copy into this new program files "inspection" and "inspset" and you should be able to open it. You can also copy model files.
