Error when saving - process monitor space warning

Hey all,

I keep running into an issue with a specific program while saving. I receive the screen below. 

How do I proceed from this window? Or how do I prevent this from popping up?

P.S... I have attempted to try different methods to proceed using the dropdown menus. This usually ends with the software freezing and the program not saving.
