Help with MMR on true position of a cross-sectional circle

I'm trying to apply a max material condition to the true position check of a cross-sectional circle. The true position references datum F, which is a cone feature, and has an original tolerance of 0.011". The circle has a diameter check with a tolerance of +/- 0.003".

The issue I'm having is that I can select MMR, then either extracted or associated element, but there is no change to the calculation despite the diameter passing close to the center of tolerance. Also, I've noticed that I cannot select a "Dimension Element" when prompted to. I can select the option and it says to CTRL + Mouse 1 on the desired element, but this selection option doesn't actually work.

Not sure what I might be missing here, but any help is appreciated.
