ISO 12004 - chapter 5.3 (proposal) - time dependent method

I would like to work in more detail with the script FLD - ISO 12004 chapter 5.3 proposal (time dependent), which is not standardized yet, but there is a proposal. I can see the results, but there is no information about the own computation method. Because I´m not very familiar with the own scripting language I would like to ask about the following bullets:

                - what range (and how it is determined) is used to apply linear fitting in the necking unstable zone (green coloured curve in the attachment)?

                - what range (and how it is determined) is used to apply linear fitting in the necking stable zone (magenta coloured) curve in the attachment)?

 

Sometimes in the relevant paper they are using e.g. second derivative or fixed intervals. So I would like to know, what exactly is used in the relevant GOM script.
