Hi,

I am trying to export/extract value from surface comparison maps into .csv X and Y axis datapoint in GOM Inspect. there is a video tutorial in youtube, to extract values of surface analysis maps but only in 1 axis. could I do the same extraction but in X and Y coordinate?

Cheers,
Rais

Hello Rais,

you can either export the deviations of a surface comparison with X/Y/Z as Ascii (Export -> Geometry -> ASCII (parameters), or you create a surface comparison in a specific direction like X. This option is in the expert parameters of the creation dialog.
