Can we replace a lost dongle?

Hello,

One of our customers lost their dongle with GOM Correlate Professional License. Are they able to get a replacement? If so, what is the process and are their any forms they would need to fill out and sign.

Hi Bill,

there is a form your customer has to fill out. The dongle will be blacklisted.
