Multiple Reports in One Program.

Good morning,

Is it possible to have two separate reports generated in just one inspection program? I have been asked to do this for reports that need to be distributed to different people in order to keep it more readable by including only the information necessary for each person.

Hello Christian,

you can add tags to report pages. Mark the pages for person 1 and press "t" or navigate to edit -> define tags. Tag them with "person_1" for example, then select the pages for person 2 and do the same. When the tags are defined you hide and show report pages according to the tags. The tags can be overlapping, so there is no need to create two title pages. Press the +-buttons to show the pages for person 1 for example and simply export to pdf from there.
