Hello, My IT deosn't manage to solve the WMI issue even if they have unlocked the firewall. I use a Windows 10 PC. Any idea? Regards,

Probably do the same in: %windir%\SysWOW64\wbem

We have the same issue with people trying to use V2023 of the free version.  V2018 of the free version works file, so something has changed in the later versions.  Why would this be?
