Calculating the radius difference of two nominally coaxial cylinders

Can 'Check User-Defined' be used to calculate the radius difference between two cylinders that are nominally coaxial?

You need to access the relevant tokens of the two radius checks that you reference in your user defined check. The attached screenshot should clarify this.
