Hi Raj,

This error is displayed if the Access Token which is returned from ZEISS ID to the ZEISS Quality Suite is not valid or if it is not possible for the ZEISS Quality Suite to check if the returned token is valid. 
If the problem still exists please create a file with support data within the ZEISS Quality Suite and contact our support team. So we can find a solution for this problem as fast as possible.
