Alignment + Coordinate System

I have a RPS alignment and a Local Best Fit alignment with subsequent measurements on each. Obviously when I swap from one to the other, the values are also swapping. I want to create two different Coord Systems replicating the alignments to have the values always fixed even if I change the alignment ... how can I do that ??
