GOM licence and maintenance contract

Hi, wonder if anybody can answer my question? Our purchase department will not complete the Software Maintenance PO before January 1, 2024 and we were now wondering if that will affect the current Licenses?  Can we continue to use the software without a Software Maintenance contract or is it be no longer possible to use the software after January 1?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hey Bert,
Sorry for my bad englisch.
As far as i know you can continue to use the Software.
The only thing is that you cant upgrade the Version of it.
That means if you have the 2023 Version you cant upgrade to the 2024 version.

That is what i know about it. Pls correct me if i am wrong.
