[Mi...] Posted February 23 Share Posted February 23 Hi all. I have updated to Zeiss Inspect 2023 on our internet connected workstations with no issues. However, when updating on our GOM boxes (no internet connected due to Company IT Policy) I get an error. Installation fails with MSI error code 2049. I can open Zeiss Inspect using the desktop icon but it opens the old version (2022). Any ideas on what is wrong? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Na...] Posted February 23 Share Posted February 23 Hello Micheal, please try to download and install "Microsoft WebView2" manually from Microsoft. It might be missing on these PCs. I uninstalled Zeiss/GOM applications, rebooted, installed Microsoft Webview2, rebooted and then ran Zeiss Quality Suite 2023 installer. Same result unfortunately.
