Zeiss Inspect 2023 Installation Issues

Hi all.
I have updated to Zeiss Inspect 2023 on our internet connected workstations with no issues.
However, when updating on our GOM boxes (no internet connected due to Company IT Policy) I get an error. Installation fails with MSI error code 2049.
I can open Zeiss Inspect using the desktop icon but it opens the old version (2022).
Any ideas on what is wrong?

Hello Micheal,

please try to download and install "Microsoft WebView2" manually from Microsoft. It might be missing on these PCs. If it still fails, please reach out to your local support.

Thanks for your reply Nanno.
I uninstalled Zeiss/GOM applications, rebooted, installed Microsoft Webview2, rebooted and then ran Zeiss Quality Suite 2023 installer.
Same result unfortunately.

Not ideal, but had to connect the GOM boxes to my mobile phone via wifi and apply Windows updates.
All seems ok now....
