Problem with RPS Alignment

Hello,

I have a problem using a RPS With Tollerance Alignment. I use 3 points in Z direction (intersection with mesh), 4 points in X direction (Caliper Disc) and 4 Points in Y directions (Caliper disc). I don't know why Z is not at zero deviation and I must force it by using manual tolerance.
