In surface comparison, heatmap colors are not displayed.

It was the same data, there was no error when I set the Max. Distance to 15MM, but when I suddenly pull it up again and checked, one part was gray and the DEVIATION LABEL was unreadable. Why does this phenomenon occur intermittently? How can I figure out this unreadable part?

please share a screenshot with the surface comparison settings and CAD file visible.

I am pretty sure that is related to different normal directions of actual and nominal data.
