Installation of Zeiss Inspect not working

I have installed Zeiss Quality Suite. I registered for a license and received the email. I go to the "My Applications" and nothing is there. I get this error. image.png.66a9b5dc379533cbc3c1439a2a72ebeb.png

My source is set to Internet. My Internet is connected because I was able to download Zeiss Quality Suite, but Quality Suite cannot not download the Inspect software. Please help.

I think you are correct about my IT blocking the download. It is very difficult to work with my IT department because they are not local. Do you have a link to access the Inspect software, so I can download it manually or via the Quality Suite? image.png.9503d127fd278ed39f3f4a1a47d7387a.png
