Scanning Error

We are currently facing an issue during scanning operations. After completing a short scan, the captured data appears to be incomplete, with an empty lining areas. Please guide me to resolve this.

Hello,

the exposure time looks pretty low from the screenshot. Is the material difficult to measure for example shiny or black?

Otherwise please perform a lens setup (ZEISS Quality Tech Guide) and new calibration. If this does not help either please contact your local support.

As a hint/test do a test scan of a white piece of paper.   If this also is coming out stripey this would indicate projector ' slide' decaliibration.  The result of this test  is helpful for hardware support to know the route to resolve.
