[Kü...]
Hi, I can't prealingment my Solidworks step files but there is no problem with Siemens NX step files. How can I fix it?
[Be...]
Hi, have you already increased the search time? Unfortunately your part is very flat, sometimes it helps to define an additional help point. For a deeper investigation you have to contact your local ZEISS support and you have to supply the concrete datasets. Regards, Bernd
[Kü...]
Thank you for your quick response. As you said, the problem was due to the part being flat. Even though I increased the time and added an extra help point, I could not get any results, but when I tried other parts that were not flat on solidwork, I was able to pre-align without any problems. [Be...]
If the 'Prealignment' is not working for your part choose a different alignment strategy, e.g. 3-Points followed by a 'Bestfit-Alignment' Regards
[Ja...]
Hi, I had a similar issue with flat surfaces - Use: This would help guide the alignment. You could also use the "Actual" and "Nominal" points, try putting the points in the same location as the nominal point you've given it. Really hope this helps
