Atos professional and Gom inspect License Error at software launching

Hello,

We've just got used ATOS Scan device with the sofwares ATOS Profesional and Gom Inspect Professional.When we run either sofwtare the launching fails and a error message is 

displayed on the screen(see file attached).I attached too a Gomsic Report.Yet,the dongle Key is plugged.

Is there anybody who can help me?

Hello Philippe,

please chose "Check System" and try to (re)install Codemeter. Maybe a manual reinstallation might help too by deinstalling it in windows, then run check system in our software and install it there.
