Software crash when loading

Hi,

Since upgrading from Inspect 2022 to 2023 I can no longer load the program. At 55% loading it always crashes. I've been back and forth with support sending dump files, deleting config files, etc. (ticket CNR-184070-X4D5Q1) but it's still not working. Has anyone had this happen?

Hi Alexander,

 

Have you verified that Inspect 2022 still functions? I have had this issue a few times in the past and usually a fresh install of Inspect would fix it. There were a few times where I had to completely clean out the ZQS as well and start from scratch.

If you're already in touch with your distributor then it will eventually get sorted out.

Hello all,

I updated that to 2023 and it really been happening to me too. 

Sometimes it crash exactly like yours, but sometimes it turn off my 2 monitors and back to normal in 1 minute, it's weird and strange af.

At ZQS it says that everything updated.

support took care of this. We think that IT restrictions are affecting the functioning of CodeMeter and ZEISS INSPECT. 

Please answer our support ticket. When the root of the issue is found, we can share it here with other users.
