Using Caliper Distance, odd result.

I have to intersection points that are in a Caliper Distance and using an alignment that is aligned to the feature (Hole in the part).
(Ignore that I am using 8 decimal places).
ZY -6.54839145°
XY -7.00000000°

I know my alignment is correct, based on finding location at its nominal Zero per axis from the model.

When I create the characteristic, it appears odd.
See attached image.
Why is the angled measure line stopping short of where it should be?

The nominal should be (SB) 2.475.

How is that problematic intersection constructed? Perhaps looking/searching for "x" on CAD view will help to solve

I have many caliper distances using alignments, this is the only one doing something weird.
I delete, recreate it, same thing.

Isn't that intersection making line instead of point? I can not see what is resulting intersection of left feature

Please sign in to view this quote.

These are definitely intersections, they show an cross hair for each, no lines protruding from either one.
Not sure why but creating Points from the Intersections solved this issue.
Thanks for the tip. 🙂
