CMM Sensor probe one point and display double hits

Hi Forum,

My contura XXT sensor is measuring a single point and record double points. Each time I take a hit, it will display two points with same coordinates.
Have anyone experience this before? I'm not sure if this is a setting that can be changed or a glitch in the system.
Any advice is appreciated.

Unfortunately that sounds like a probehead issue, you most likely need a Zeiss tech to check it out, possibly replace it

Thank you. I restart the machine and its back to normal again.
Since we share the machine with multiple users, I was looking to see if it was a setting change and not a machine error.
