[Wo...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Oh I know about that one. Unfortunately, I've been told its only available for Prismo machines. When I asked about ZAS during the last IMTS, three Zeiss representatives had no clue what I was asking about, true story. Only one tech knew what it was and explained that I can't fit it on my machines (Accuras and a contura) Besides, it still not as versatile as a theoretical RDS with infinite angles, as you need RT. [Je...]
. Great job, Zeiss, on the innovative design of the new XXT compact probing system. The new Spectrum looks impressive as well. I'm glad that you focused on rigidity and stability of the construction. This is a make-or-break factor in a measurement system. . .
[Wo...]
Looks really cool 😉 Curious, can the compact XXT be installed on other machines besides Spectrum? I was always dreading the rotations on the regular RDS as they were taking so much room. After a few near misses, I just switched to XT and XTR completely. Would be nice to be able to put it on the Contura or Accura.
