[gr...] Posted October 21 Share Posted October 21 Hello Everyone our head seems to be on it's way out.It struggles to lock into position sometimes and errors out. We Have a quote from Zeiss for a new one which is around 13 500.They want another 7000 for installation anyone swapped RDS head on their machine?We did that on Pc dmis cmm's and it was a 20 minute job. [Mi...] Posted October 22 Share Posted October 22 When was the last time it was serviced? as part of the service the Tech's can run a program called W3 and one of the things that does is reteach all the locking positions.
