Is it possible to offset measured points

I measured a pocket for profile using freeform. I would like to offset these measured points to see if it will fall into profile. Is this possible?

I believe measured points can not be moved, but you can either use bilateral with uneven distribution on profile callout or make new alignment with moved origin.

Risky, but it works for me: You can adjust the probe radius in the probe data settings.

Martin Jánský, I think making a new offset alignment and using it to evaluate the profile will do nothing because like you said the measured points are fixed to the CAD.

Am I missing something? Why do this. You measure and the profile it is either in or out.

I wanted to see if offsetting the alignment would correct the profile so I can convey to the machinist on which way and how much they need to adjust.

In the freeform surface, activate a best fit alignment. Activate which degrees of freedom you want to allow. The new best alignment will report how much movement takes place to get to the best fit.
