[Ri...] Posted August 12, 2024 Share Posted August 12, 2024 Is there a way to get more M2 and M3 probes listed in Stylus System Creator? Like Renishaw probes and extensions. We have many probes using M2 or M3 extensions and probes on XT and XXT sensors. We need the slim body diameters. I am trying to create probes in S.S.C. for offline work and there just aren't enough choices. You can customize any diameter and length. [Ch...] Posted August 14, 2024 Share Posted August 14, 2024 You can import additional stylus files and databases into SSC aside from what exists by default. Here is a ZEISS KBA that explains this in more detail: https://portal.zeiss.com/knowledge-base?id=851021 In the article it mentions getting additional SSC files from ZEISS but in your case it sounds like you may need to ask Renishaw for theirs? Maybe they have a package they could send you for import, might be worth asking them at the very least.
