[Ja...] Posted October 7, 2019 Share Posted October 7, 2019 I just upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and upgraded calypso from 5.4 to 2019. I have encountered the expected issues with the change of file locations but I have it figured out, mostly. The only issue now is that my excel report comes up blank. I know I have herd discussions about that before but I couldn't find the topic using search. What was the usual cause of that? [Ja...] Posted October 8, 2019 Author Share Posted October 8, 2019 I have it narrowed down. If I use the original “Characteristic” Excel template that came with Calypso, then it works fine. The custom formatted file I used to use does not work now and I can't seem to make changes to the the one that does work. I am just going to use the original. The important thing is that it works. [OV...] Posted October 10, 2019 Share Posted October 10, 2019 When I upgraded from 5.4 to 2019 I lost my cad model and all I only have the wire frame from where its probing only, and I have tried healing the cad model and I have had no luck so far.
