We have 2 machines updated to 2024 (7.8.0001) that have the issue and 2 machines (also 2024) that don't. When I load up Calypso 2023, CAD converter works fine. Calypso 2022, works fine. [Do...] Posted July 3 Share Posted July 3 Hey All! If you installed the SP CY 7.6.12 or CY 7.8 with the CAD Interop Server please also check your Graphics Card Drivers. If you only got problems with .STEP (or any other files that need to be converted) and are able to load in files with the .sat format normally this will most likely be the issue.
