After talking with some colleagues of mine specializing in hardware report, it is likely an issue with the hard drive in the PC section of the controller. As Martin said, the best option here is to contact the support in the region you are in, though I would make sure that whoever answers the phone and creates the ticket for you routes you to the hardware support team.
