2d-Kurve - Punkte maskieren

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Thema:

Ich möchte einen Kurve scannen (Messelemente erzeugen --> 2D Kurve) und diese dann später als Linienform auswerten (United Feature).
Leider ist ein Innenradius kleiner als mein Tasterradius, daher würde ich die Messpunkte in diesem Bereich gerne maskieren, damit sie nicht mit in die Berechnung einfließen. Ich finde nirgendwo eine Möglichkeit die Punkte zu maskieren, z.B. "maskiere Punkte 120 - 150"

Weiß jemand ob das möglich ist?
