Ich habe das Tastsystem versuchsweise gelöscht, und möchte ihn neu anlegen. Weiss zufällig wie man die Tasterhöhe neu einmisst? Vielen Dank. [Ke...] Posted May 15, 2023 Share Posted May 15, 2023 With the temperature stylus in the head, you will go to the manual probe calibration option just as you would for a standard probe. In this window the "GEOMETRY" should be recognized as a temperature stylus (if it is not you may have a different issue, which may be related to the temperature stylus, or the probe head). You will then choose the "Qualify stylus" option, which will prompt you to take a manual probing normal to the direction of the probe on the calibration sphere (make sure that your calibration sphere has been properly located with the Master Probe prior to this). Once you have taken this probing, the Temperature Stylus should be qualified, however I always go into the geometry window and adjust the X, Y, Z locations and vectors so that the probe is properly in line, as I cannot probe perfectly straight or square (the values shown here are for a straight down stylus, it may be necessary to adjust if your Temperature Stylus is in a different orientation) Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/5878-rst-t-temperatur-messkopf-einmessen/#findComment-21994 Share on other sites More sharing options...

Gibt es in Calypso eine versteckte Option, irgend ein Häckchen dass nicht mehr gesetzt ist? [Ma...] Posted October 25, 2023 Author Share Posted October 25, 2023 Update: Gesten waren zwei Techniker von Zeiss im Hause und konnten das Problem nicht lösen. Offenbar gibt der VAST Gold das Signal nicht weiter. Als nächstes wird mit einem anderen Messkopf ein versuch durchgeführt. Könnte sein, dass in unserem VAST Gold ein Kabelbruch vorliegt.
