Meh, doing it the opposite way will make you a human calculator:

1. Subtract 32
2. Add 11.111111… % (or alternatively divide by 0.9)
3. Take the half of the result

or substitute step 2 and 3 by simply dividing by 1.8 or subtracting 44.444444… %
