Login error AGAIN

I'm trying to login to the GOM suite, and once again the login error appears. Has anyone managed to solve it and can you help me please?

The error is " the received access authorization is invalid"

Dear Leticia,

unfortunately we still do not know which version you are using.

In GOM Suite, please go to Maintenance, click on Collect Support Data, wait until the process finished, which may take up to 10 minutes and send us the gomsic-report-2022-xxxx.tgz file via email together with a short description of the issue to support@gom.com.

Hi. I had the same issue and this seems to work for me...

1. Open GOM Suite and attempt to log in

2. Open a browser and go to 'My GOM'

3. Sign in on the My Gom site in the browser

4. Back in GOM Suite sign in.

5. GOM Suite should now remember your credentials for future use.

Hi there, 
I've had issue with gom Suite login for quite some time now "Bad Request Too Long" Se pic! Is there anyone who has the same problem? and possibly know how to fix it?

To solve this you have to delete the Cefsharp Cache.

Open (WIN + R) "Run" Menu. Enter "%appdata%". Navigate to folder ... AppData/Local/Cefsharp/. Delete the "Cache" folder. Restart the GOM Suite several times (close it in the system tray completely!) and test if you can log in now. It should work now.
