[Ri...]
I was today years old when I realized that Calypso will convert units directly for you just by typing it in the input field. I hate myself now. 😠😠😠😠😠So far I have found that you can do the following: 25mm or 25 mm 25in or 25 in 2rad or 2 rad For angles, you can also type fractions, and it will compute the math. [Ro...]
If you use a Template for new programs, you always have to go in and change the name of your base alignment for each new program. some part names get very long and complicated. I use MPS for my Template program and Template base alignment, which is acronym for Measurement Plan Starter. After you "save as" the template program to the name of your new program, if you just open the base and put an illegal character in the base name, it will give you an error message saying you cant use the illegal character, and when you hit ok it will auto fill the current name of your program as your base alignment name.dfkjbvgdfkjbvgdfkj.PNGdfjskvsdfklbvhdas.PNG
[Ju...]
But do we really trust Calypso to accurately find the integral of the units after multiplying by π?

[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. If you create a template without clicking on base alignment, there will be no BA name that you need to worry about. When creating templates, I always recommend users set everything they want to have in their programs but don't create anything that will make the program related to a part, i.e. features, characteristics or base alignment, etc.
