RDS-CAA Not square to machine in one angle

Looking for some help. I am using an RDS-CAA with VAST XXT, and in one direction the probe is not square to my machine. A+90 seems to be the problem. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Thanks

A+90, B-90 = Not square
A+90, B+90 = Not square
A-90, B+90 = Square
A-90, B-90 = Square

How did you square up the 1,2,3 block?

Yes, the 1,2,3 block is square to the machine. The first picture was in A +90, B-90. This next picture i am uploading is in A-90, B +90. both probing in the same machine angel, but one is out of square the other is square. Not sure how to fix it.

As long as the 18-pin probe adapter is seated correctly, there isn't anything that you can do short of calling hardware support.

I had something similar to this this happen once when the RDS was replaced. Apparently, the CAA mapping needed to be re-loaded. Zeiss did it remotely.
