Circle Tangent 2 lines

In the attached pic I am trying to create the circle Tangent to the 2 lines. I don't see a construction option for this anywhere? any ideas on how to create this circle?

you could construct a touch circle: https://techguide.gom.com/en/article/cmd_primitive_create_touch_circle.html

It needs an existing circle, which is then moved along a specified direction until it the section. You could create the first circle in relation to the vertical line and use the line as the touch direction.
