I need "Error -4711" explanation

Contura Select/ Vast-XT gold/Calypso 2022 SP2 v7.4.08

I lost probe qualification on a couple probes today. Received the attached error during a program run. A couple hours later calypso reconnected to the first disconnected probe and I recalibrated the second probe and regained connection. Has anyone experienced this? How does it happen? Is it the beginning of a bigger issue? Thanks for your time!

I don't recall seeing that specific error but, it's not a bad idea to clean the contacts of the probe plate using (80% minimum) Isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free rag/towel.
I've never read about any Zeiss approved cleaner for the plates but, I've been using Isopropyl alcohol for 18 years.

The error is an error of the SQL probe database. The DB was unable to execute a query.
Usually a reboot should cure the problem.

That's actually very strange for Zeiss not to sell their own brand of cleaners.
I have a Zeiss brand bottle of lense cleaner and a little micro fiber cloth that i got with a pair of glasses, so i know they are in the business. but i've never seen anything branded Zeiss except for lense cleaning wipes and mini spray bottles.
Seems like they could corner the market, because i've never seen anything from Brown and Sharpe either.
If i know anything about Zeiss, its that they are not afraid of making money.
